An excellent bakery whose reputation is well-deserved! There's plenty to choose from, all the products are tempting, and the prices are reasonable. I tried the pistachio and cranberry pastry and I wasn't disappointed. A well-deserved 5*!

While passing through Saint-Brieuc, we stopped at the bakery to buy some products. The prices are very reasonable (less than €4 for a ham, butter, and Emmental cheese sandwich). The service is friendly and fast, and the products are very good. They also sell packets of homemade crêpes.

Very happy with my experience in this bakery, always a pleasure to go there. It's only been three times that I've been there, and frankly I'm not disappointed You always have the choice between sandwiches and desserts prepared for lunch a real treat and also better than elsewhere because on the other hand the bread is quite good overall fresh compared to what I could experience in other bakeries in return I will be a loyal customer to your services I had the salmon dessert sandwich, Paris Brest, with a drink, I loved it so much that I came back for the same thing three weeks later and a few days later, a baguette, really incredible it really deserves five stars and moreover, their pain au chocolat, and wonderful

It was quite by chance that we stopped at this bakery to order a sandwich. The ham and cheese sandwich is €3.80. The bread is very good, and so is the sandwich. The pastries and Viennese pastries are delicious. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely return.

Our first foray into this beautiful bakery on a Saturday in May, after waiting in line for quite a while, a sure sign of success. In the end, it was a very good find, except for one small detail. The sandwiches are excellent and remarkably fresh. The wholemeal bread is good. The corn puff is delicious, as are the small brioches. The large chocolate and hazelnut brioche is exceptional. The only downside to our enthusiasm was the flan, which was surprisingly lacking in flavor. Other strong points: the quality of service, friendliness, and patience of the sales team. How could we not give this magnificent establishment top marks?

After seeing the best bakery in France, I promised myself that when I went to Saint Brieuc, I'd visit Au Levain Briochin. I did, and I have absolutely no regrets. The tuna crepe cake, raspberry tiramisu, and traditional Paris-Brest cake are all EXTRA. Thank you for your commitment to serving quality products; I'll definitely be back.

So many good things in this upscale establishment! The breads are all better than each other, the pastries are to die for (the chocolate caramel tart... hmmmm!). What's more, the service is top-notch; you'd think you were in a luxury hotel, the staff is so attentive and impeccable. The best bakery in the region!
